Nova House is Beaver's home for energy. The name means exactly that: house of energy. We're a continuation of Sangha Center, same space, same welcome, now evolved.
Nova House is founded by Amy Stettler, a Beaver native with 25 years on the mat and 8 years teaching yoga. Certified in Pilates and RYT-200 yoga, Amy is rooted in the traditional foundations that make yoga so powerful. Here, energy is everything: the source of connection, healing, and fun. Because your practice should fuel your body and feed your soul.
From meditative practices to high-energy movement, Nova House explores the full spectrum of energy, so there's a place here for every kind of practice.
